Board Committees

The Board has six standing committees that meet regularly: Audit; Compensation and Human Capital; Mission and Housing Sustainability; Nominating and Governance; Operations and Technology; and Risk. There also is an Executive Committee of the Board that meets between regularly scheduled meetings of the Board when the Non-Executive Chair determines that it should do so in order to discuss or act on certain matters.
