GoldWorks – How to Sign Up

Signing Up For GoldWorks® Is Easy, Just Follow These Steps:

1. If you are a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer:

   • Contact your Account Manager about Goldworks pricing
   • Your Account Manager will discuss options with you.

If you are not a Seller/Servicer, and you are only interested in signing up for a GoldWorks connection, you must:

• Contact (800) FREDDIE to get a copy of the contract and pricing.
• Complete the contract and mail it to the address on the contract.

2. Determine the connectivity option that best meets your needs - the leased-line option or the dial-up option.

   If you select the GoldWorks dial-up option, you can expect to receive a package containing your username and password within 10 business days after we receive your order form.

   If you select the GoldWorks leased-line option, Freddie Mac will assign you a project manager who will contact you about the installation. Installation of a leased-line takes approximately 10-12 weeks.

3. Complete the appropriate forms for the applications requested and the means of connectivity.

4. Once you receive your username and password, return to this site to get instructions on how to configure your dialer and install the application.
