Mr. Goeltz was vice chairman, chief financial officer and member of the Office of the Chief Executive of American Express Company from 1996 to 2000.

Prior to that, he was group chief financial officer and a member of the board of NatWest Group from 1992 to 1996.

Mr. Goeltz also held various finance positions at The Seagram Company Ltd., including executive vice president-Finance and chief financial officer, and at Exxon Corporation.

He is a director of Delta Air Lines, Aviva, plc, Warnaco Group, Inc., and the New Germany Fund.
