Carolyn H. Byrd has served as chairman and CEO of GlobalTech Financial, LLC since 2000. Ms. Byrd was president of Coca-Cola Financial Corporation from 1997 to 2000.  She also held a variety of domestic and international positions with The Coca-Cola Company, including chief of internal audits and director of the corporate auditing departments. In addition, she serves as a director of AFC Enterprises, Inc. She also is a member of the board of trustees of Fisk University.
