Employee Networks

Employee networks are self-initiated employee groups that provide support and afford networking opportunities across the different dimensions of diversity. Employee networks provide forums to support professional development, increase awareness and education, promote volunteer work and help advance the company's mission and business objectives.

Nearly 25 percent of our workforce has joined the various networks, and many more participate in their activities held throughout the year. Freddie Mac network groups are open to all employees.

"You are critical to Freddie Mac and the success of our business going forward. You volunteered, and you got results."
