Ongoing Professional Development

Our continuing educational opportunities contribute greatly to the success of Freddie Mac as a whole as well as the continued professional success of our people. We offer an Educational Assistance Program that can help you attain the advanced education or professional certification you desire. Plus, our Freddie Mac University offers hundreds of educational opportunities, many web-based, that can help you become a subject matter expert, learn new areas of business, or fine tune your leadership skills. We also have courses that support credentialing in a number of disciplines, whether you wish to earn your initial credentialing, or keep it current. In fact, over 50 of our online offerings are CPE credit courses.

We also offer a host of opportunities such as Toastmasters, professional associations, and chances to volunteer for community organizations and events through the Freddie Mac Foundation. We'll give you the tools you need to be a well-rounded professional, because we believe investing in you is essential – not only to your success, but to ours as well.
